Sunday’s Team Training will focus on helping advance players' individual skills, teamwork, and gameplay

SFHC advanced coaching staff is dedicated to taking field hockey players to the next level. We aim to enhance players’ skills on the field, build their confidence, and help them become better leaders. During the training, we will focus on improving players’ gameplay, increasing their field awareness, and ensuring that they become a better version of themselves after each session.
