Sunday’s Team Training will focus on helping advance individual skills, teamwork, and gameplay
SFHC advanced coaching staff is dedicated to taking field hockey players to the next level. We aim to enhance players’ skills on the field, build their confidence, and help them become better leaders. We will focus on improving player’s gameplay, increasing their field awareness, and ensuring they become a better version of themself after each session.
Sunday Winter Training
December – 7th, 14th, 21st
January – 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th
February – 1st Home Playday (1-5pm)
