Our Skills training program will focus on improving players’ individual skills.

The SFHC high-level coaching staff will be focusing on individual skill work with a small focus on gameplay. Coaches will be working on enhancing players' tactical skills, vision, decision-making, and overall confidence on the field.

2 Session Option- $50 (for those who are participating in a JV/Varsity Spring Sport)
