Our Skills training program will focus on improving players’ individual skills.
The SFHC high-level coaching staff will be focusing on individual skill work with a small focus on gameplay. Coaches will be working on enhancing players' tactical skills, vision, decision-making, and overall confidence on the field.
Mondays
Time- 4-5 pm
December-1st, 8th, 15th
January-5th, 12th, 26th

Thursdays

Mondays- $225 (8 sessions)

Players will be required to have a USA Field Membership and be associated with Syracuse Field Hockey Club
