Sierra Earle (Owner/ Director)

Sierra is a Baldwinsville native and has extensive experience playing and coaching Field Hockey. As a Sr at Baldwinsville, Sierra helped lead the team to their first-ever Section 3 title in the school's history earning 2nd team All-Conferance. She then brought her skills to SUNY Oneonta, becoming a 3-year starter in her 4-year career.

Every year Sierra helped her team to the SUNYAC Championship to compete. Throughout her college career, she quickly learned her passion for coaching the sport she loved to play. Having a deep understanding of the skill involved with Field Hockey with years of playing experience at multiple levels hailed Sierra has had tremendous success as a coach. Sierra has been a Junior Varsity Field Hockey Coach at Baldwinsville for 8 seasons with 3 of those seasons undefeated. She also has helped coach the Varsity team to two State appearances.

In 2020 she took over the Syracuse Field Hockey Club Program. Coaching the sport of Field Hockey and teaching the skills needed in order to become successful has been a lifelong pursuit. Sierra is excited and honored to be a part of your athlete's development in the sport.
